2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the following situations:
You received a wrong product
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
If the issue is from our end, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement:
You must raise your issue within 48 hours of order delivery.
Provide clear photos or video proof showing the problem.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
4. Replacement Time
Once your issue is verified and approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
You will receive a tracking link once the replacement is dispatched.
5. Conditions for Replacement
A replacement request will be approved only if:
The product is unused and in its original condition
All packaging, labels, and seals are intact
The issue is genuine and caused from our end
Proof submitted is valid and clearly shows the defect/damage
6. Non-Eligible Situations
A replacement will not be provided if:
The issue is raised after 48 hours of delivery
The product is used, opened, or tampered with
The damage occurred due to mishandling by the customer
Incorrect address was provided during order placement
The customer simply changes their mind
